Who we are
tribozio.com is operated by Advox S.a.s. di Liccione Raffaela e C., Via Ravetto 11, 10040 Caselette (Torino), Italy, VAT no. IT11565790018 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@tribozio.com.
What we collect
When you create an account and use our services we collect:
- Email address — required to create your account and send you your access links.
- Country — optional; you can leave it blank.
- IP address and a device identifier — collected when you sign up and sign in, to prevent abuse of the free plan.
- Search log and credit history — for each search you run we record the service used, the date and time and the credits charged; we also keep a record of your credit top-ups, bonuses and adjustments, so your balance can always be explained. We do not store the brand names, URLs or other inputs you type into the services as part of your account data; they are processed only to produce your result.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Payment data — when you top up, Stripe collects your card details, billing address and, if you provide it, your company name and VAT number. We never see your card number; we receive from Stripe only the confirmation of payment, the amount, and the company details you entered.
We do not ask for your name or phone number. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use your data and why we're allowed to

We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails: the only emails you receive from us are your access links and replies to your own messages.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sends our access-link and confirmation emails. They see your email address.
- Stripe — processes payments as merchant of record and issues receipts and invoices. Stripe is an independent data controller for the payment data it collects; see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Hostinger — hosts our servers in the European Union.
- Third-party data and AI providers used to produce search results (for example web-data, SEO and language-model APIs). They receive the search inputs (brand names, URLs) needed to compute a result, not your account details.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; where they do, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, a security cookie that protects forms, and a device identifier used to prevent abuse of the free plan. None of them tracks you across other websites, so no cookie banner is needed.
How long we keep your data
- Account data, search log and credit history: as long as your account exists, and for 12 months after your last sign-in, after which the account is deleted.
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Records of top-ups (amount, date, credits, company details): 10 years, as required by Italian accounting law.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to handle your request, and up to 24 months for record-keeping.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, or to delete your account, email info@tribozio.com — we reply in English or Italian. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email to registered users.
