Tribozio.com ("Tribozio", "we", "us") is operated by Advox S.a.s. di Liccione Raffaela e C. This page explains what data we collect when you use our services and how we use it.
What data we collect
- Search queries. When you use Finance Recap, we process the company name or ticker you search for.
- IP address. We temporarily record your IP address to prevent abuse of our services (rate limiting). It is automatically deleted after one hour and is never used for tracking or profiling.
We do not use accounts, cookies, or analytics/tracking tools on this site.
How we use your data
- To fetch recent public news related to your search from the GDELT Project, a public news database.
- To generate an AI sentiment summary of that news using Anthropic's Claude API. The news headlines and short descriptions involved in your search (not your personal data) are sent to Anthropic for this purpose.
- To temporarily cache search results (news and sentiment analysis), keyed only by the search term, so repeated searches are faster and cheaper to run.
Data retention
- Cached search results are automatically deleted after 60 minutes.
- IP addresses recorded for rate limiting are automatically deleted after 1 hour.
Third-party services
To provide Finance Recap, we rely on the GDELT Project (public news data) and Anthropic (AI-generated summaries). Your search terms and the related public news content are shared with these services as part of running the search you request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since Tribozio does not use accounts and only retains IP addresses briefly for rate limiting, there is very little personal data held about you at any time.
